Also included are a certificate of promotion from Headquarters, Fifteenth Air Force, dated 11 September 1944, a certificate in proficiency in aircraft, and a certificate of service.

The chest carries an ETO ribbon bar with four campaign stars, an Air Medal ribbon with oak leaves, and comes with a bomber clasp, with no maker markings on the reverse of the insignia, closing device on the back of the clasp is missing. Inside pocket retains the Quartermaster label of Sigmund Eisner Co., dated 10 June 1944, size 36. Comes with an extra zipper.
