USA Occupation of Germany: Winter Service Uniform for a US Army Infantry Captain of the Berlin Brigade ( German tailored ) 

private purchased, in olive drab shade no. 51 (OD 51), with collar devices and metal rank insignia, on one of the Infantry lapel pin is one clutch back missing. on the left arm with Berlin Brigade SSI. Combat Infantry Badge in sterling silver, below with ribbon bars: Bronze Star, Purple Heart, European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal with 2 Battle Star, American Defence Service Medal, US Army American Campaign Medal, World War II Victory Medal. On the right arm with 4 overseas stripes. Inside with green satin lining, on the pocket with tailor tag " Steierberger Augsburg ", lining is partly damaged. Arm length 63 cm, chest circumference 86 cm, length 80 cm. The waist belt is missing.
Ribbon bar is original but post-war applied and might be not in the correct order
Comes with trousers in pale taupe, officially called "drab shade no. 54", with tailor tag and dated and named " Joseph Eder Augsburg Herr Major H.Lopko 25.5.1949 ", waist circumference 88 cm, length 104 cm, some moth holes, condition 3.
